Add two more basketball players from Middle Tennessee to Lipscomb’s roster: Deonte Alexander and Stephen Hurt.

Deonte Alexander, right
Alexander, a former Glencliff star, was a two-year starter at East Mississippi Community College. He was named an honorable mention All-American by the National Junior College Athletic Association and led EMCC to a 52-12 record and two appearances in the national tournament.
Hurt averaged 17.3 points and nine rebounds per game as a senior at Siegel this season.
Alexander and Hurt will join an incoming Lipscomb class that includes Zavion Williams of West Creek, Clarksville Academy twins Malcolm and Martin Smith, and White Station’s Marvin Williams.
