Siegel linebacker Jaiari Dunaway finished seventh out of 25 football players at the first Nike speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness rating national championship on Thursday in Beaverton, Ore.
Dunaway finished with a total SPARQ rating of 128.73. The winner, Ryan Henderson of Rancho Verde in Moreno Valley, Calif., won the national championship with a rating of 134.79.
The players were tested in the 40-yard dash, agility shuttle (5–10-5-yard dashes), kneeling power ball toss and vertical jump.
Dunaway, a 6-foot-2, 205-pound senior, has offers from Tennessee and Memphis.
Henderson, a defensive back who has committed to Utah, is ranked 47th nationally at his position by Rivals.com.
